At Fruit Rozana, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We work hard to deliver only the freshest and highest quality fruits, vegetables, and dairy products. However, if you face any issue with your order, we’re here to help.


✅ Eligible for Return

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The item is damaged, spoiled, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
  • You report the issue within 1 hour of delivery.
  • You provide photo evidence (via WhatsApp or email) of the damaged product.

❌ Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Partial consumption of perishable products
  • Delay in reporting the issue (after 1 hour)

💸 Refunds

  • Once your return is approved, you may choose between:
    • Full refund (via bank transfer or JazzCash/EasyPaisa)
    • Exchange/replacement (delivered same or next day)
  • Refunds are processed immediately after return confirmation.
