1. 🛒 Products & Availability
- All fruits, vegetables, and dairy items listed are subject to availability.
- We strive to display accurate product images and details, but actual products may vary slightly due to freshness, size, and packaging.
2. 💳 Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
- We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only.
- Delivery charges (Rs. 150 fixed) are applied at checkout.
3. 🚚 Orders & Delivery
- Orders are processed within 1–2 hours and delivered within 3 hours in most areas of Karachi.
- You must provide accurate delivery details and be available to receive your order at the given time.
- We reserve the right to cancel or delay delivery in case of incorrect address or no response from the customer.
4. 🔁 Return & Refund Policy
- Damaged or spoiled items can be returned or replaced if reported within 1 hour of delivery.
- Refunds are processed after reviewing the complaint and may take immediate to 24 hours, depending on the method.
5. ❌ Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.
- Once the order is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.
6. 🔐 Privacy
- Your personal information is safe with us and used only for order fulfillment and communication purposes.

- Fruit Rozana is not liable for any health issues caused by allergies or improper storage after delivery.
- We recommend consuming perishable items within the recommended time frame and storing them properly.
